The U.S. Paid Sick Time Off Policy provides eligible associates with paid time away for personal illness or to care for a sick family member. This U.S. Paid Sick Time Off Policy is separate from the U.S PTO Policies.

Veradigm offers a variety of leaves of absence for different reasons, including disability, FMLA, military or state-specific leaves. You also may be eligible for family and medical leave.
Family and Medical Leave coverage provides unpaid job-protected leave for certain family and/or medical reasons. To be eligible, you must be employed by Veradigm for at least 12 months and have worked a minimum of 1,250 hours during the previous 12-month period.
All leave of absences, including disability, FMLA, military, or state-specific leave, must be called into New York Life as soon as you are aware of your need to take a leave.

The Aetna Hospital Indemnity insurance plan pays benefits when you have a planned, or unplanned hospital stay for an illness, injury, surgery or having a baby. The plan pays a lump-sum benefit for admission and a daily benefit for a covered hospital stay. You can use the benefits to help pay out-of-pocket medical costs or personal expenses.
