Time away from work
Our PTO program helps you get refreshed and take time off when you need it.
You work hard, so it’s important to take time away from work to recharge with our paid time off (PTO) program and holidays. Plus you get one paid day off each year to do volunteer work, if you choose.
If you need to take time off for your health or family needs, you can do so with our leave benefit programs.
You can use it for:
- Personal days
- Compassionate leave
You cannot use it for:
- Sick days
- Company holidays
- Military duty
- Jury duty
- Medical Leave where you qualify for disability
For details on PTO, including the Veradigm PTO policy, go to our Benefits intranet page.
To show our appreciation, support and commitment to wellness, Veradigm offers companywide “Recharge Days” during which the company will shut down. On these days, all we ask of you is to unplug, recharge and come back refreshed and ready to work!
Details, including a list of Recharge Days, can be found on our intranet
